If you live near a college or university, check with them and see if they have a dental hygiene class and teach the cleaning of teeth. You can get your teeth cleaned in one of these classes. The cost is usually very nominal, they will probably x-ray your teeth which could cost $10 to $15. I would not try it with laundry bleach. Another solution that may work is baking soda. Get a electrical toothbrush that rotates. Make a paste of the soda and water and use it on your teeth. It may not work right away. you may have to do this from time to time until they get like you want them.

No, it's not safe, the bleach is too strong even diluted and can burn your gums and penetrate the enamel on your teeth and cause holes in them, it's not safe at all. If you want a home remedy to try, take some baking soda, add a tiny 1/4 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and apply it with a qtip to your teeth, let set on them for about 15 minutes a day and rinse.

That would be a HUGE NO
Don't even consider it.
Bleaching teeth isn't the same as bleach used for cleaning.
Please don't try it. If you do you could loose part of my mouth cheeks and tounge, voice etc.
Please use an over the counter teeth brightner.

Laundry bleach will not whiten your teeth, but it can do damage to the tissue in your mouth. It's absolutely not for this kind of use. It is very toxic.

NO NO NO!

If you want to whiten your teeth, either use Crest WhiteStrips, or you can use baking soda (make a paste with a little water and a little baking soda). Other than that, nothing else is safe at all.
