My brother went through a huge tragedy. He escaped from our country (Pakistan) and came to Mexico in order to save his life. Some human smuggler cut a deal to send him from Tijuan to San Diego. The human smuggler told him that they have connections with Custom and Immigration at the port of entry. Last August they sent him to the Border ensuring him that their immigration officer is working to day, you go there, he will ask you your citizenship and will send you in the main office. In the main office they will ask you the same question and they will let you go since it is a code word between them. My brother believed in them and got caught at the border. The immigration made two cases against him. One False US citizenship claim and other immigration violation. The federal prosecutor made a plea deal with my brother that he accepts False US citizenship charges and he will get time serve. He did that. He applied for asylum, his case got rejected. He is permanently barred tocome to USA.

The US government has the right to deny entry to anyone who violated its immigration laws. Thus, the only remedy is to appeal the case of your brother so that he can be admitted to the US.

Your brother a commited a CRIME and got CAUGHT and then WENT TO JAIL! If some one shoots another peorson should they be allowed a gun? the answer is no so why would we let your brother back into the country when he in the first place had a blaent disregard for the countries laws. If he really wanted to live in the country he would go through the proper paperwork and do it legally. i dont feel bad for you or your brother, i am glad that you escaped our home country alive really i am. Hope that you can figure out how to obey the laws of what ever country you decide to sneak into next

A HUGE TRAGEDY? try doing that to get into Pakistan-you would be in trouble so bad-why not be realistic-if you came here legal-he could have tried that too-he got to Mexico ok with some money.

try believing Isaiah 9:6 "Unto us a child will be born, a Son given and he will be almighty God and the prince of peace."

personally I pray you and your brother come to Jesus-I recommended that you be deported and barred too-and my prayer is that you go back to the people you defend and bring them the gospel of Jesus John 3 repented and born again says Jesus to see the kingdom of heaven

relax I only recommended it to Jesus not the government-Jesus seems to favor you-keep up that good side of you

You need to try and find a specialist in the area of immigration, a legal one, lawyer that truly knows the answer. It may be too late
but ask around for references. He may be able tocome in a few years.

I can understand that you are worried and upset since he is your brother. But he should have done it legally. That's why he got sent to prison. It's no one's fault but his - he could have gone thru the proper procedure. You need an immigration attorney to sort it out for you now. Good luck!

u really need a legal advisor for this.
but as far as i know, if he goes to Canada, and either gets married there, or manages to get a work visa, he may be allowed in the US. he may not be allowed to the US on his current pasport: Pakistani. but if he gets married to a canadian or australian, or european woman, he would be able to get a passport of that country. that should help him in the long run.

all the best.

(((((Jeff)))) I knew that someone with your skill to take care of others had to be a romantic at heart. Too undesirable that she does no longer see this. i might want to flow with E and right here's why... i imagine back to at least one among my perfect pal's wedding ceremony. She grow to be marrying a human being that all of us, which include her father despised. truly, she grow to be marrying white trash (he grow to be a finished jerk). Her father loved all of us - in simple terms about. Her dad finished the ceremony and that i bear in mind his words to the groom in the course of the charge to the bride and groom... "and woe to him who causes a frown to flow her forehead" with a very pointed look. I said the groom easily draw back (in spite of everything i grow to be between the bridesmaids, so I were given to work out issues up close and own). She stayed in that marriage for 10 depressing years. Her mom and father continually enable her be conscious of they loved her and were there for her. finally she left him and moved back residing house with her mom and father even as she were given her existence back on course. My factor, Jeff, is this. protect the severe highway. If he seems to be an excellent guy, you've not finished something you'd be apologetic about later. notwithstanding, if issues do not exercising consultation, then you truly under no circumstances be conscious of, she might want to bear in mind you... Take care. Hugs from a romantic matchmaker

And what is your question? If your question is "Is my brother a low down criminal not deserving of beathing the air in the Great Country of the United States?"

Then my answer is "Yes it is true that your brother is a low down criminal not deserving of breathing the air in the Great Country of the United States."

Glad I can help!
