So am I, but I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.... so being tired is relative. My fatigue can cause me to not being able to get out of bed some days. Sometimes, I can get up and visit with my family for about 2 hours, but I cannot have a shower on the same day.
If your "Tired" is that severe, you definitely need to see a Dr ASAP. If you are tired because you are stressed then the logical step is to find time in your busy day to do some relaxation exercises. If you simply are not sleeping enough then, 20 minute power naps may be the treatment. If you are ill in any other way and if this fatigue has lasted more than a week or so, get some medical advice.. Being tired is to little of a symptom on its own for anyone on this website to help you further. You may want to follow this advice or re-post your question along with a little more history. Good Look

If your tiredness is not relieved by extra rest then it may be fatigue. You might want to consult a doctor. If not, try vitamins and watch your diet.
