They are 3 Archangels close to God.
They are Gabriel, Raphael, and Michael.
Lucifer was also one of them but he lost the job when his pride got in the way..

There are more angels in heaven than all the people that ever were,are or ever will be and this doesn't include the fallen angels one of which is Lucifer.
Most people know of Gabriel, Michael and Raphael who are all arch archangels.

there are seven arch angels. uriel, raphael, gabriel, michael, ragiel, semiel and remiel,and three others. lucifer was the angel of light. raphael, gabriel, and michael were the three highest. for more information, they are listed in the wikipedia. just so you know, the only angel specifically mentioned in the hebrew books was michael, while the only one listed in the new testament is ragiel. there are no angels listed in any of the hebrew books until after the babylonian exile.
