Whatever the rating of the power supply is...a computer can not use more power than what the power supply is rated, otherwise it would trip a circuit breaker in the supply. My computer is rated at 240 watts.

This is entirely dependent on the system and accessories. You can get a guesstimate by adding up the the current draw of each device, and multiplying by 120 volts. The result will be volt-amps. Unlike common light bulbs, which are measured in watts, computer equipment uses special power supplies which cause the current and voltage to be out of phase, so this wont be totally accurate, but probably within 80%.
