and they violate it again how long do u think they will have to spend in juvi?

Depends on the seriousness of the crime. A person on probation who violates it may have to spend the time of sentence for their crime in jail as well as the remainder of probation.

Probably the whole sentence that was suspended when you initially went on probation. But it is up to the judge and DA when it comes down to it. A lot of it will depend upon what the circumstance are and what you did to break your probabtion. If you failed a UA it won't be as bad as if you commited the same crime you are on probation for, but then again you could get stuck with a stickler of a judge. Have fun in the glass house

Violation of probation will mean extension of the punishment and it will again be extended if another violation is committed.

as long as they want. or if it is a bad violation the duration of your probation, but actually what ever your P.O decides. but then again it depends on the state you live in.
