God did choose the Jews (Hebrews), direct descendants of Abraham as Sarah. He chose them and nurtured them in order to open the gates of Heaven to all. Thus the "First for the Jews, then for the Gentiles" quote.
Another group that God seems to favor are all those who have believed and followed His Son. These folks nowadays call themselves Christians.
In truth, though, God opened things up to everyone equally. We will all be judged equally when the time comes. God will judge fairly and justly.

no he does not. God is fair and just. He treats everyone the same. He treats sin the same. Salvation is offered to everyone not only particular group of people. His mercy if for the weak and strong. His love is for the oppressed and not oppressed. We see things differently than God, God sees all of us as oppressed by sin, therefore he treats us all the same. He treats us with the same love, kindness, grace, mercy, and forgiveness. He will judge us according to Christ's saving grace whether we accepted him or not.

the bible teaches God's love for the poor and oppressed. It's people that want to oppress and/or ignore the needy. There will always be poor and needy (they just need someone to help them out of their misery):
Street minstry, missions, food banks, college funds for poor to get an education,A decent job, there are many ways to help but few to offer (without a photo-op).
