I am unable to lay on right side, due to pain going down hip and right leg. It's almost like a line going down my leg. Now the pain is almost constent in lower leg. There is some swelling not alot, but pain is very sharp.
Please Help

This has all the markings of sciatica. The best treatments for this is massage therapy and chiropractic care. Both of these techniques will greatly reduce the swelling and pain. I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.

In the meantime At night take a hot bath with 2c. of epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. Afterwards apply an analgesic balm. These treatments will help relax the muscles, reduce some of the swelling and take down the pain. you can also use a heating pad for twenty minutes at a time several times a day.

you have sciatica the largest nerve in the body is the sciatic nerve it runs from your buttocks to your feet and if that is pinched or damaged that happens depending on weight if you fell recently things like that you could of pinched the nerve or have a swelling around the nerve

sounds like sciatica to me. try yoga for stretching and relaxing your low back.
