As the answerers above have said it is a point on the chin that if you connect there with enough power your opponent is going down, it has something to do with nerve endings at the top of the jaw that send a message to the brain and this makes you lose control of what your body is doing it starts doing it for itself, this is why some people wake up and they dont even know that they have been KO'ed.

It usually means the under part of the chin hence some fighters are said to have a glass jaw (easily knocked out when hit on the chin).

Its not a specific spot. Usually its wherever your oppenent is the weakest. Say your oppenent has a strong chin but a weak body, You hit them with a body shot and they go down, thats "Right on the botton". Or if your oppenent has a weak chin and you hit him flush on the chin, thats "right on the bottom". Basically wherever you hit your oppenent. The nose, chin, head, body, ect ect. Some people can take a punch to the chin but when you hit them in the forehead, nose ect they get staggered.

its the sweet spot.... and yes, if you hit them here, they will drop. the button is usually the nose, chin, or temple region on the head.
