Thanks to everyone who has responded so quickly. Someone suggested to watch her for fever. My question is...how do do check a dogs temperature.

Do not attempt to get a diagnosis on an on-line forum

Take your pet to a qualified veteranerian.

Sheesh

I suggested watching her temp. As much as you may not like it, the best way is rectally. I have a digital one specifically made for the rectum that I use on my dogs. And just in case you're concerned, dogs really don't care as long as you're calm.
Take care.
