Ford or Chevy?
i have a friend that is wanting to buy a Chevy truck.. Which kind i don't know .. don't really care cause i hate chevy trucks with a passion.. Anyways the question is Chevy or Ford.. Tell me your reason why you pick that one and not the other one.. I would like to have some facts please .... I have to prove to him that FORD is the way to go.

I'll give you some links that will help you.
First we have Truthaboutrucks, it shows how the F-150 is better than the competition. Mainly in the structure. Watch the videos, you will be amazed at some of the cheap construction the competition is trying to pull over people. Specifically the Tundra which uses a whimpy "C" channel frame. No wonder they didn't get the top crash rating score last month when the government tested them.
But it goes to show in small episodes, what makes the F150 the leader in it's segment, hands down.
Second link is from JDPower, which is the automotive authority on reliability data. Shows how in it's segment, the F15- LD and SD are ranked high. Also shows how Ford as a brand is ranked higher then Chevrolet which is under industry average.
Third link (For the Found on Road Dead folks) is one article which was just released last week which shows that on some segments, Ford beats Toyota in Quality. Even showing how the Mercury Milan and Ford Fusion rated higher in quality than the Accord and Camry...the Milan having less issues than any other vehicle PERIOD. The article was written before the results were publically announced by Ford.
The 4th link is that same report, once Ford received it and publicized it.

Ford Trucks are the best on the planet all other just follow , more pay load, more performance longer engine & drive train deration, I made a living on chevys and dodges there good for the repair shop but by far ford still is the leader in Trucks 40 years and counting, fire department , recue department all sterling truck that ralphs , vons albertson use for hauling are made by ford, Ford Makes - Range Rover, Auston Martin, Jaguar, Mazda, Volvo Trucks, and cars , have you ever herd of a Ford F-150 Lightning Truck ? Fastest Production Truck On The Planet, will Flat out run any corvett.
but all and all, anything he buys, if he takes care of it ,it should take care of him, my two ford trucks have over 200,00 miles each and don't leak or burn oil orig transmissions, and they still drive like new , but I take care of em Ford Baby all the way. do you know What Bold - Moves means? Look at the statistics. Ford has been the truck leader for the last 30 years. That in it's self should say something.
Check out the specs on both, which one will pull more, haul more?
If your friend is looking for a Super Duty, have him check out the new 6.4 diesel engine. That things sounds as quiet as a gas engine once it starts. It has dual turbos too.

Ford is the best period!!
Best selling for 30 years, best quality, most payload, power, ect. Toyotas are junk, along with nissans. Chevys so called Duramax Diesel is a japanese motor, so they dont even qualify. The tundra is bragging about pulling 10k but the Ford pulls almost 13k. The Superduty ford is pulling 25,000 pounds and that means their is NOTHING !!! out their that even comes close.

Truck leadership for 30 years running, F-150 is still able to out tow and out haul the silverado, and i have a 1994 F-150 with 145,000 miles original engine and trans and still going strong. 900,000 people can't be wrong that bought F-150 over anything else out there, chevy sold 700,000 and Dodge 400,000, and Toyota and Nissian were just over 100,000 trucks sold last year.

ford is better than chevy in interior, exterior, fuel economy, chassis, and now since the new, smaller chevy trucks came out, fords now have more power than the chevy's.

Trust me chevy! Never get a ford unless you love spending your money on repairs. I've had my chevy van for 7 years now and but a few hundred thousand miles on it. havn't done anything to it but oil changes , exhaust and tune ups. Oh and put new tires on it.
