Not a veterinarian's (yet) advice; however, this definitely seems like a situation that needs veterinary care. The eye being swollen is not that suprising, but the bloodshot eyes could be numerous things including blood in the anterior chamber or just vessels that are inflammed. As for the eye deviating, there could also be numerous reasons including nerve damage, muscular damage or bone damage. It's hard to say without actually seeing it, but treating it yourself is definitely not the way to go. If you got kicked in the eye and your eye looked like that, you would go to the doctor ASAP. As for it being life-threatening ... maybe... maybe not ... A dog can lose an eye and survive life just fine (of course should the eye need to be removed, a veterinarian would need to do that), but you also don't know what sort of damage happened to the rest of the head. A blow to the head of a small dog like a cocker spaniel could definitely be life threatening. Let the doctor do a good neurologic exam to make sure everything is in good working order. Bottom line: a vet visit is in order. You probably need some eye meds at the least.

You need to get your dog to a vet immediately, have her head and face xrayed, and have her eye looked at.
If she was kicked hard enough to make the eye swell shut and become bloodshot, there may be damage to her cornea and/or the eye socket. The eye could possibly swell in the socket and may burst. She may also have a concussion from the blow.
An eye injury alone may not be "life threatening" but she can certainly go blind if left untreated. And if she was kicked hard enough to cause a concussion, she can bleed into her brain -- and that WILL kill her.
Get you dog checked out by a vet.

there is not any set cost for any surgical operation. It relies upon on the vet and the position you're positioned. call round even the subsequent closest city for prices. once you ask the cost be particular to ask what's protected. each from time to time even as pricing surgical operation they inform you the cost of the surgical operation yet go away off all the upload ons. in case you discover some vet that you want confirm they provide you with a broadcast estimate beforehand going ahead with any technique. also a superior theory to get a blood attempt formerly to substantiate your dogs can tolerate the anesthesia. p.s. in the experience that they decline to provide you an estimate, you do not favor them operating on your dogs, go away!

You're right. You do need a vet's opinion. Take your dog to a vet. Your dog only has 2 eyes, lose 1 and that only leaves 1. The eye may be superficially bruised or the eye may be haemorrhaging inside. Even a minor eye condition is painful and may lead to loss of vision or of the eye. See your vet.

Take the dog to a real-time vet. No one can see it here and while it could just be the body's way of coping with the trauma there could be something going on.
Love your dog enough to get it the care it needs.

The eye has many small fragile little vessels, a kick can easily rupture many of them and cause a lot of bleeding... which in turn clots and cause swelling and inflammation. The retina may also detach, and also cause bleeding behind the eye globe.
It sounds like it is extremelly painful, please, take your pup to the vet asap. He will not die from this, but may lose his eyesight and be in a lot of pain for a long time if not taken care of. Please, for the welfare of your dog, take him to a vet soon.

I don't quite understand your question. "in the upper left part of the eye socket"? If you're saying the eyeball was dislodged, you need to get your dog to an emergency vet NOW. Otherwise, please explain.
