It's not healthy to drink them on a regular basis. It's full of sugars and caffeine. Basically, it raises your blood sugar and blood pressure up, and you know the old saying... what goes up must come down. The blood sugar crashes to a point lower than before you took the red bull, because the body mass produces insulin in an attempt to balance out the sugar overload. That's why most people feel even more tired a few hours after having one. This kind of mismanagement of blood sugar has it's affects on the system.

I don't think it's heathy for you at all but only to give a boost. But you get to many of those boosts you can boost up other systems and cause some major problems in the body. I would get a nutrition book and even here on the internet and research the ingredients.

I avoid it and other energy drinks because I have high blood pressure. If your BP runs high, you should probably avoid them too.
If your BP is normal, I really don't know. You could always ask a doctor, or perhaps even a pharmacist.

not good at all. It raises your heart rate to dangerous levels, such that if you drink too much of it in one day, you could have serious heart problems.
