Well I LOVE chocolate so I say it definitely is! But seriously, dark chocolate is supposed to contain antioxidants, so I guess a little isn't too bad for you.

Yep. Chocolate was, is and always be a healthy food. It is packed with energy and rich in all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs. Chocolate only becomes bad when you don't use up your energy level...That's why many people would say that chocolate can make them "ugly and fat" because they don't use up the energy they got from eating chocolate. If you try to eat ONLY chocolate during a meal, say, lunchtime, it is more than enough nutrients your body needs and when I say chocolate, I mean, pure...no nuts, or almonds or whatsoever...

Chocolate is healthy TO A POINT (not if you eat too much). If you have a little bit of really dark chocolate, it is good for you because it is full of antioxidants...it's kind of like green tea, only much more tasty! lol :D

Loved it before it became healthy. It comes from the cocoa bean, which is a veggie. Dark chocolate is better for you, but I'll take a snickers any day. Just don't over do it.

Dark chocolate can be good for you in moderation. It contains antioxidants that are great for your body. However, it contains a lot of sugar and shouldnt be eaten in large amounts. Milk chocolate? I would just avoid it. Its got all the sugar and none of the nutrients.
