Dude,
First thing is first. Go to a physician and get a physical done. Some HMO insurance will be happy to cover the cost. Once you are sure there are no complications from diabetes, thyroids etc you can set up your program.
The doc may have suggestions, and you should follow them. Here are some generic things that are the acceptable fundamentals.
Go on long walks, nice and easy pace, drink lots of pure water. Take your vitamins. Also during the day do some 5 to 10 min sessions with free weights (bar bells). Don't go for macho weight off the starting line, get 5 pounders, then a month later move up to 10 wait for two months then try 15 etc.
You have to do the weight training sessions to kick your system into different gear, the long walks are the fat burners. Eventually work your way into a cardio workout, it may take a few months but do not hurry.
Key is control portion sizes and eat no more than 1500 cals if you are sedentary (not active and work an office job), if you work a physical job then you may have to increase your calories to 2000 plus depending on level of calorie expenditure.
All excess foods be they carbohydrates, fats or proteins are turned to fat when in excess. Do not eat after 7 PM. If you need to sleep early so that you do not get the munchies.
Consume hot oatmeal cooked in water, add some chopped nuts and raisins or craisens as a snack or breakfast. Use this as a "filler" rather than chips, cookies, candy etc. You can also use carrots, cucumbers, celery as fillers and snacks.
If you consume lots of fruits and vegs along with good proteins and some carbs you will see a change.
I am sure those anatomical features you do not like will start looking like pecs and you will be well on your way to a six pack on your belly fast. Oh yea booze (hard liq, beer etc have a lot of cals so quit em).
Finally start a good exercise regimen, weights for longer period, belly crunches etc.
Eat small portions by 5 to 6 times a day keeping the total calories in mind. Your stomach will naturally shrink and you will start to feel full on less quantity. If you purchase a meal, cut the portion in half and consume over two sittings.
Hope that helps. Keep the faith and walk tall.

Okay, let's look at what you have said. You don't eat pork or beef or anything fried. That's a good step. Sometimes, "fat-free" stuff has more sugar in it to make up for the lack of flavor/substance. Next, you are tired of being overweight and you want to be a new person by the end of the summer. It IS possible to achieve that.
Focus on what you DO want- say it as an affirmation as if it has already happened. Affirmations like:
I am healthy. I am slender and have a pleasing shape.
I drink 9 8-oz glasses of water a day. (Then do it.)
I am happy. I am successful. I feel lighter.
======================================
I have found two places where you can get a CD or tape that has affirmations on them and you can listen to them as you sleep at night.
Website #1 is http://www.thinkrightnow.com
Website #2 is http://www.brainsync.com
I have used the products from both places and they DO work. You must be consistent and listen each night for 21 nights in a row. Then you will have the information stored in your subconscious. If you have a pillow speaker it works really well by putting it on repeat and listening to the CD all night long.
I wish you the best. Believe it- Be it!

Read "YOU on a Diet" by Michael F. Roizen and Mehmet C. Oz. It is easy and entertaining to read, and it will change the way you think about food. The fat free and sugar free foods you eat are probably loaded with additives such as high fructose corn syrup. This actually make you feel hungrier. Eating a whole-foods diet, with whole grains, fruits and veggies, nuts, and legumes is the best way to lose weight and be healthy. This book will explain why this is so, and will inspire you to change the way you eat. (No, this is not a paid endorsement- I just love this book; it changed my life and I highly recommend it to everyone!). I bought my copy at Sam's Club for $15 but I'm sure you could get it for less somewhere else, or even for free at your library.

First off, meats are good for you in proper portions and prepared at home. The sugar free labeling is just a scam designed to keep you buying that product. Stay away from all Soda drinks and Chocolate. Learn how to cook for yourself and eat lots of fruits, especially Grapefruit which helps one burn fat. I used to peal them and eat them like oranges. Drink spring water and do sweaty things as often as possible. If after three months nothing has changed, Liposuction works.

Do you exercise as early in the day as you can? Are you able to do any exercise through out the day? If so, try that and snack every few hours on fruit, veggies, or any other low-fat small portion snack. Also, consider stretching...maybe yoga or pilates. Stretching can tone and elongate muscles.
I'm sure you've tried this already but I had to write. Best of luck to you! I hope you achieve your goal and feel great about the way you look.

If you can afford it, I would recommend hiring a personal trainer. That person could really help you to stay focused and would be able to help you build some muscle. If not, you should start lifting weights and doing cardio. I'd say cardio 3 times a week, and weights 3 times a week, mixed up. If you exercise every day and are still not losing weight, you should re-evaluate your workout. Maybe make it more intense!

you need to make a lifestyle change...because if youve been obese most of your life, than dieting will just help you lose the weight not help keep it off.
You could start by incorporating more fruites & vegetables in your life, & eliminating the amount of junkfood you eat.
Start drinking more water and less soda, even diet soda...flavored waters good if you dont like just drinking water.
also MOVE YOUR BODYYY !=Pp p
even if its walking for 15 minutes....Or playing some basketball anyything//\
Goodluck (:
