Are you not exercising enough, or eating too much/wrong stuff, or a combination? If it's exercise, did you recently get breasts and are embarrassed to run? There are many exercises you can do that don't require running, ask your PE teacher for help. If it's food, why do you eat the way you do. Are you unhappy about other things? You need to find happiness so you don't eat for comfort. It is going to be very difficult for you. You need to be strong and have confidence. Get your parents to help. Kids are so mean I was teased in school about my hair al the time. My mom wouldnt let me use anything to control my curls tell I was out of her house. It sucked so bad in school I feel your pain there.
Well to start off what you can do is while you are in school eat small snacks all day you can use snadwich bags to set out the amount you want to eat at each snack. You can walk more everyday so you can get your heart pumping faster for longer periods of time. So start there and you will see a change. You can also do this stop eating sweets all together. You can cheat once a week but you may just want to work up to that point like every 3 or 4 days you can eat your favorate candy or drink soda. This will help out so much with weight loss. So here is another thing you need to do. DON'T for any reason pther then at the doctors office step on a scale it will make you feel like your not doing a thing instead get a measuring tape and write down once a week what your size is. Now when doing this do your arms, legs ( thighs and calfs), hips, butt, belly and neck. You can do this just once a week it dont take that long at all. This may seem allot but its not and after a bit you will feel better about yourself. Just dont ever stop eating it will cause more problems. When its time to eat with the family start to put about half of what you normally eat on your plate or start to cut down in what your servings are it helps as well. 1.In morning when you wake take 1/2 cut lemon make juice with water and salt.
2. After this go for walk but remember you have to walk faster.
3.Don't Take Cold Drinks.
4.don't smoke or take Alcohol if you...
5.Don't eat rice.
6. Take Proper diet don't go on dieting.
7.stop tea or cofee.
8. Take low oil in food.
9. Finally there is some exercises which can help you more...

Well it's probably your parents fault for buying junk food and letting you eat it whenever you want. You can start by asking them to buy you healthy food at the grocery store. Stop eating candy and chips and eat fruits and vegetables. Don't drink things that have calories in it like juice and soda. Drink water and diet soda. Take a vitamin supplement as well as a calcium tablet. Start doing some light exercise like walking a few blocks after school. Ride your bike if you have one. Go swimming.

Avoid processed foods. Try to eat only foods that need refrigeration...most likely they will be whole foods. Read up on low carb and turn your life around while you're still young.
Most overweight people eat way too many simple carbs (sugar, white bread, potato chips, white rice). Eating too many carbs leads to hunger and overeating. Try to eat more protein like chicken, turkey, lean beef, and eggs. Eat more veggies. Eat string cheese. Just stay far away from sugar is my ultimate advice.

look hear, u just got except it now and roll wit the puches and work at losin weight naturally by playn sports let time work on yo side u r only 11 trust me u make an effort to lose weight a lil and by the time u n the next grade level u b feel, look much better. yo kid daily exercise and your baby fat will b lost trust me

just go outside and play basket ball or something. walk on a tread mill. just get off the couch for 15 mins a day and stop eating junk food im 12 and thats how i stay in shape

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to feature healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Suck that in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting pictures desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and provide you with one step closer to a new flatter stomach.

lots of people are going to tell you about diets and exercise, all kinds of stuff that you won't do. if all that stuff really worked no-one would be fat. be yourself, stop dwelling on your looks, there are very many well liked,popular great overweight people who are loved by many, just look around. do stuff for others and don't think about yourself. soon you will be happy with youself with out even realizing it. live your life.
