Try using Sensodyne. If you don't have noticeable improvement within a week or so, you should notify your dentist and see if he will give you a prescription fluoride to use. There's a prescription toothpaste, available through some dental offices, called ControlRX. 98% of my patients reported no more sensitivity while using this. Your dentist may use something else. I hope you find something that will work for you.... it sucks having sensitive teeth!

Try brushing with a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth, like Sensodyne.

I noticed that my teeth were more sensitive when I used a whitening toothpaste. Now, I make sure that my toothpaste doesn't have whitening, and my sensitivities are a thing of the past.

GUCCI,
BUY AND START USING SENDODYNE TOOTHPASTE FOR SENSITIVE TEETH. THIS WILL DECREASE THE COLD SENSITIVITY.
