The Bible is full of mysteries. If it were to have every detail the book would be volumes long. Maybe they married siblings. Maybe they married others designed as Adam and Eve were. Maybe they married angles sent to help replenish the earth. Does it really matter? Some times we get stuck on details and wind up missing the big picture. Always be the best person you can be and “Love your brother as yourself”.

The plain truth from the Bible is that God has created all mankind.
Please read Acts 17:22-26 , pay special attention to v:26.
This verse (26) would also, it seems to me, condemn racism.
Sometimes we need to go outside the Bible for more information. According to Jewish tradition , Adam and Eve had more children than just Abel, Cain and Seth. Jewish tradition holds that they had 56 children:
http://www.allaboutcreation.org/adam-and-eve.htm
I have not been able to track down the source as to Adam and Eve having 56 children . But according to what I read years ago, when Eve was created the eggs she carried had all the different ethnicities of the human race. So, some of her children were white, red, yellow, brown, and black. Science today has proved that when a woman is born, she carries all the eggs she will ever have, so an acient Jewish tradition holding that Eve had the eggs for all mankind is interesting.
Given that Adam and Eve actually did have other sons and daughters (according to the Bible as well as Jewish tradition), and given the length of a human lifespan recorded in the Bible in the years before the flood, it is not inconcievable that the people whom Cain was worried about taking vengence on him were other descendents of Adam and Eve, or even of Abel. In other words, his brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. Note that the Bible does not say how OLD Cain and Abel were when Abel was murdered, nor does it really say when Cain married his wives. Nor does it say how old Adam or Eve were when Abel was murdered. Or how many childred they had at the time. Or if Abel was married and had any children. The narrative gives the outline of what happened without being too hung up on what some would consider the finer detials.
I think that the obvious conclusion would be that at the time Abel was murdered, Adam and Eve already had many children and many grandchildren and maybe even great-grandchildren. That is the only logical explaination for the "Who" that were going to come after Cain for the murder of Abel.
It is pretty obvious that Adam and Eve's descendents married each other. That is not something to get hung up on. God made it happen that way, so what? He's God He could have chosen any way He wanted to do this.
Towards the end of this post I would encourage you to check out the website links on DNA research. That is if you truly are seeking answers.
All of Adam's descendents except for Noah, his wife and their sons and daughter-in-laws died in the flood. That means all mankind is descended from Noah (who descened from Adam) and his family. Almost every ancient society that I am aware of has some kind of tradition of descending from a great flood. These oral or written traditions are not separate theories of creation derived independently by the different regions or cultures of the world, but ,,rather, they are a shared consiousness of a global disaster.
The Bible plainly states that Noah's wife and his son's wives were all taken into the ark to be protected from the flood. That is where the "Who" came from to repopulate the earth.
I am going to post a two more links, because science helps prove the Biblical accounts:
This link is very interesting, especially if you look at the genetic marker tables of the different areas of the world. It shows that all mankind is realated to one another.
http://www.dnatribes.com/populations.html
This next website is huge, it has a map showing the "human journey". Make sure that you click on the map to see where they think "Adam" came from. Play the videos, use the map tools. The National Geographic, no friend of religion, proves that ALL the human beings alive today are the descendents of a single male. This atlas is really really cool!
https://www3.nationalgeographic.com/genographic/index.html
The gist of what I am trying to show you on these two sites is that science proves the Bible. We may not fully understand the "Who", "Why" or "How" or or the "Timeline" or the " small details" , but the Bible is pretty accurate in it's depiction of historical events. A correct understanding of the Bible can prove science, and a correct understanding of science can prove the Bible. They need not be mutually exclusive.
As far as the "maritime peoples" I have not studied that because I never thought it was important. I still don't.
As far as the Egyptian civilaization "thiving", well, we really do not know. It is entirely possible that some of the great pyramids were constructed before the flood and some after. Again, the Bible really gives not exact "dated" timeline.

This is poetry:
Adam simply is a metaphor for mankind.
Eve is metaphorical for Mother of all living.
These stories are not intended to teach history. Though they are told in historical setting, they tell things like how something comes into being; in what order; or for what purpose; even where power is or show the flow of power.
Procreation might not be the purpose of the story.
Noah, meaning forgiveness for the land. His story shows how the earth is divided and how the Word will begin to "bloom". The flood washes away all the excess leaving a simple branch... the dove crops this rod bringing it back to Noah. It is part of an ongoing concept that realizes its full in increments through scripture.
The concept focuses on an inflorescence known as a corymb, which also you see in the design of the menorah.

Just because the Bible only mentions three of Adam and Eve's sons (Cain, Able and Seth) doesn't mean they didn't have other children. Adam and Eve lived over 900 years. You can have a lot of children in 900 years... The Bible states that they had "many sons and daughters"
Yes that means that Cain married a sister or cousin... but there weren't any laws against that then and the gene pool was more pure back then so no problems...
Also... creationist does NOT = fundamentalists

Check out Genesis Chapter 5 for a genealogy of the Patriarchs. As for Noah, “13 In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;” Gen 7:13 (KJV)
So yes the repopulation of the world began again with Noah and his family and he was a direct descendant of Adam. Its all in there if you choose to read it.

I am not a "Fundamentalist/Creationist", but I can read the Bible. Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters (Genesis 5:4), and Noah's sons had their wives with them (Genesis 7:7).

well the bible explains the first part of the story, there were more siblings... but you have a good point for the noah thing. Are we all ancestors of Noah and his wife?? Didn't he live to be like 900 years old? I would have to say that 900 years is pretty long for a human but that's just me... I think of the bible as a work of art not of a history book about the origins of life.

MANKIND ADHAM
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
Most have read when Cain talked with Abel and in the field killed him.
Gen.4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
God then cursed and drove Cain out, and Cain said.
Gen.4:14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.
WHO IS CAIN WORRIED ABOUT?
Gen.4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
WHERE DID CAIN FIND A WIFE?
The answer is in the Hebrew text of (Gen.1:26 and Gen.2:7).
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
MANKIND
Gen.1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
The word “man” (Gen.1:26) in the Hebrew text looks like this ( אדם ), with no article means “MANKIND”, transliterated is (adam).
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
ADHAM
Gen.2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
The word “man” (Gen.2:7) in the Hebrew text looks like this ……………… ( את־האדם ), with article and particle means “THIS SAME MAN ADHAM”, transliterated is (eth-Ha adham).
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
On the sixth day God created or made MANKIND.
><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><> ><>
On the eighth day God formed THIS SAME MAN ADHAM.

Romans 5:13 says; (For until the law sin was in the world: but "sin is not imputed when there is no law."
The law did not come into effect until Moses. So, one was not held accountable for sin, until the law came along.
And as for as Cains wife. The verse says Cain "knew" his wife. In the original is yada (pronounced as) yaw-dah, and is a primary root for know. To know someone is to have knowledge of. And was indeed one of his sisters.
The law of incest wasnt not given until Moses.
