It's less than 3 minutes long, and I think intelligent Christians and Atheists alike will enjoy it. Enjoy!

3 does not save on with. the actuality that that's achievable that incorrect ideas are conducive to survival, does not make it unavoidably the case. you may want to a minimum of one after the other set up that precise ideas are fairly inimical to survival and misguided ideas advantageous. to speak on your occasion of an animal that thinks "each sound interior the night is a predator" - it fairly is in straightforward terms a case the place misguided ideas basically fail to steer away from survival. one ought to argue that the animal is dropping capability responding to faux positives, and hence is at an evolutionary draw back to animals with a greater precise possibility detection heuristic. further, there seems to be a tacit assumption that if the ideas could desire to be infallible, in the different case no human concept may be seen precise. in any different case #4 does not save on with from #3. it fairly isn't the case, as a human ideas is able to being flawed, yet in addition could carry some actual ideals to boot.

Actually, I believe in God, but reject many aspects of the religions created by people. God pretty much just wants us to be good people. My view of God is perfectly compatible with science.

This video was a satire.

Yes, it is sarcasm. It is an argument against god. He is pointing out that xians use a circle argument like this: god is real because the bible says he is. The bible is real because it is the word of god.

Get it?

what that didn't work for you? lol

God put the stars in the sky and allowed the light to shine for us to see and guide us by night. would have been a mistake to over look the fact that it would take millions of light years for the light to get to his creation wouldn't it.

That's satire, and fairly good satire, too. The arrows leading from the Bible to God and then back to the Bible are silently screaming "circular reasoning".

Atheist, ~someone who denies the existence of god, duh,
well if they "deny" god, then for that birds eye view there is one, but they choose not to,
Agnostic,~one who believes that the evidence for and against the existence of God is inconclusive, duh,
if he "believes" in something then that makes them gullible as all the rest,

neither, it just another ruse of fluff, to self promote anything related to their cult behaviors,...

To be honest I think this is a very stupid video even though I am a Christian. Ultimately Christianity is based on faith. For someone with no faith, words in a book by someone they don't believe in probably mean nothing. I'm only guessing.

I just don't think that this video can sway anyone. It's amusing satire to be sure, but this is such a polarized issue that no one who feels at all one way or the other will be swayed by this.
