Thanx Asante. But none of the translation differ in what was said only the different English words were used.
You can't translate directly from Hebrew to English word by word and since English has many words that mean the same things and some times one word can mean different things, you can still have the same translation but not necessarily use the same word or sentence structure.

the Jews tried to stone Jesus because he said he was eternal (God)
Jesus claimed equality with GOD, by saying that he is one with the father.

Jesus did not claim to be God.
Jesus claimed to be the "Son of Man"
Jesus said "I and the Father are one"
This is called Atonement also At-one-ment, or in communion with God.
Going back to the claim of "Son of Man", This is the secret
that few have understood. Jesus is the soul of God, implanted in Mary, made manifest only through Gods Will.
I AM THAT I AM, delivered to mankind that day through the devine nature of God, has been misunderstood. And upon the return of Jesus Christ all of the distortions will become clear.
Gods Blessings and Grace to all..................

Exodus 3:15 (Whole Chapter)
God also said to Moses, "Say to the Israelites, 'The LORD, [ The Hebrew for LORD sounds like and may be derived from the Hebrew for I am in verse 14. ] the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you.' This is my name forever, the name by which I am to be remembered from generation to generation. (FROM bible.com)

WEBESTERS Translation of Exodus 3:15: God said moreover to Moses, "You shall tell the children of Israel this,'Yahweh, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' There is lot of difference to get one called as a " God " and a " Prophet ". No one has seen a God, hence the existence is very hypothetical. But Prophets were men belong to different religion, to propagate their religion and to spread " peace and love " to others Humans.

That is why they wanted to stone him because He was saying He was God. That is blasphemy in the Jewish Law and is punishable by death.

For Jesus to claim to be God would be for him to show everyone how he was suffering from a mental condition! After all he repeatedly refered to his father in Heaven, as well as his praying to God.

If he was God and he spoke of himself in the third person and prayed to himself this is clear evidence that he was insane!
