Not legally. If you get caught you could be driving back in Africa.

You apparently are doing everything else illegally so why worry about that pesky drivers license. You won't have insurance without a job, you know lack of green card or work permit...

Go back home....

ammed is easy . do you have a car ? well then go to an insurance company and get your vehicle insured is okay if you don't have a drivers license just explain to them , you are in the process, once you have the insurance card , go to your local DMV and put the title under your name , once you get this done , then apply for your drivers license , is one of the easiest way to obtain it w/ out documents.good luck bud

If you are illegal, then go back to Africa, because you are not welcome here in the USA. You should be reported to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) and deported immediately, if you are not here legally.
