Bro, while you're 6 foot 3, purely end dropping weight and earnings muscle. Take protein shakes and hit the wellness center 3 or 4 days a week. You look thank you to skinny to your height! i'm 5'10" and a hundred ninety lbs. i'm healthy and muscular. So so which you are able to be one hundred seventy at that height, is purely too skinny! i'd say earnings muscle until eventually you're approximately 185ish a minimum of. then you definitely'll look large!

Go to a fitness store and buy high calorie weight gainers. Use whole milk with these shakes and continue to eat a lot and hit the weights. Your not gaining weight because you're burning more calories than you're taking in. Don't worry too much about the fat in what you're eating, you need it. Creatine works good with grape juice and Tribulus and ZMA work great at enhancing testosterone naturally. And you think you're having a problem now, try steroids. They'd catch up with you sooner or later. They're not worth it.

Don't do it. I REPEAT, DON'T DO IT. Look, first you are young and enjoy being able to eat all you want now, trust me, give 30 years and many many beers and you are going to wish you were the stick you are now. Plus, not all girls find muscle men attractive. In fact, I've always prefered skinny type guys. Different people like different things. So, just be happy with that. Try changing your excercise andd talking to your doctor about what kinds of foods may help if you really want.

you are still growing and developing your metabolism is in ihg gear as well as perhaps genetics, I would consult your doctor prior to taking a steroid and get with your trainer on the supplements. Have you thought about increasing your carbohydrate in take or shakes for muscle gain?
Although for the most part I would not worry too much about your weight, it sounds like you are more that fit enough at your current weight

You are a teenager. Many teenagers are thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it will be difficult to lose this fat later. I found this info at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

Hey, don't worry, I'm 5'5, and weight anywhere from 104 to 106lb on a good day. Eat all I can, fat, no fat, candy, junk food, McDonalds etc, can't gain anything. Mom said wait untill you are 40.

Bulk does not translate to skill nor agility nor strength.

I think you should spend more time building strength, agility, balance, and reaction skills.

To illustrate a hypothetical, imagine yourself bigger and bulkier, but slower and clumsier. Not a pretty picture, so don't mess with Mother Nature.

Good Luck

Do not use S-Drol or any other kind of Drug. You are too young. Get a lifting routine and stick to it.
