I think I might have it and I want to know if I do if there is a cure for it!?

yes, you might need a root planing and scaling or other deep cleaning at a dentist's office to remove tartar under the gumline. basically excellent oral hygiene will normally fix it.
this means brushing after you eat anything, flossing twice a day and doing it correctly - have a hygenist show you how to brush and floss. the disease is basically because of poor oral hygeine. if your gums bleed when you brush you most likely have it. it is the first stag of gum disease. get checked by a dentist's office.

If you have gingivitis badly, then you have to get your gums cut open and cleaned out.

THERE REALLY IS NO CURE ON YOUR OWN, BUT THERE IS TREATMENT. THE DENTIST FIRST HAS TO EXAMINE AND DIAGNOSE THIS GINGIVITIS.
