I see that a couple of people told, if I don't like Islam ...is my problem and that Islam problems are because of a few???...so yesterday 56 death in Irak...33 in Pakistan, 3 in Turkey, 97 in Somalia...and another 7 in jail in London...yes, is true, I don;t like Islam but...is not just my problem...

This is the truth about Islam. They don't want anyone to know or tell. I know people who escaped from Turkey when the Christians were being kills. They lost all property that they had, but saved their lives.

I am a Muslim. I believe in Islam. We believe in the five pillars of Islam: 1) faith in God and testifying to His unity 2) praying 5 times a day 3)fasting during the month of Ramadan 4) charity 5) pilgrimage to Makkah/Hajj.
We believe in the angels (Michael, Gabriel, Israel, Israfil, etc. peace be upon them), the prophets (Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishameal, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, David, Soloman, Job, Moses, Aaron, Jesus, Muhammad, etc. peace be upon them), the books (Psalms, Torah, Gospel, Quran), life after death-- Heaven and Hell.
Our basic belief is:
La Illaha Illa La Muhammadar Rasullah
There is no God but God, and Muhammad PBUH was His last prophet.
Islam means peace.
Islam is a peaceful religion that is tolerant and accepting of all other religions. One of the most amazing characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was that he was extremely tolerant and kind to people of other faiths. Even his neighbor, who was an old lady (I believe she was a pagan believer) who always threw trash at him--when she was sick, he went and helped her, and even when she was well and threw trash at him, he only replied with compliments.
As you can see, Islam is a very peaceful religion.

And in reference to terrorists and the 9/11 attacks: there will always be extremists in any religion, but that does not mean that every person is a terrorist or extremist. Just beucase one group of Muslims has misinterpreted the Quran does not mean that every Muslim thinks that way. This is tru for all religions for example the crusades or the spanish inquisition.

good point! It should be acknowledged that Islamic fundamentalists have politicised the Islamic religion and suppressed the moderate Muslims. In my opinion the media is to blame for much of the propaganda and suppression of the truth. Denying the holocaust is a prime example; it is a historical fact.

For those people talking about the nonmuslims killed living in muslim countries, this is completely against islam.

Turkey is a Muslim, but generally moderate, country. There is not much tolerance for "others", as Christians are a minority. They were martyrs, & their blood will cry out.
