Some did not believe that Jesus said, He was the king of kings...Here are some scriptures for you, dear..
Daniel 2:37 (Whole Chapter)
Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.
1 Timothy 6:15 (Whole Chapter)
Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
Revelation 17:14 (Whole Chapter)
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS

Dear "JoeJ" I pray in Jesus name that you will see the light and come out of the false doctrine of being a mormon..Your leader decided to take it upon himelf to add a book to the bible which is totally against Gods word.. We are taught in the book of revelation, to not add or take away from the word of God"..Your leader has also brainwashed you and others into thinking that the bible is not true when it say's, that Jesus has called us to be his disciple and that we have the power to make disciples out of men after we have become baptized"..Your cult is teaching that we must wait until Jesus personally visit us, before we can encourage others..You are limiting yourself by following that doctrine..We still love you, "joe"..and we are here for you..

Dear "lillie" of the jehovah witness organization..That is false teaching, to spread that 'ONLY' 144,00 are going to be saved..144,000 was the amount from the first count of the apostle..Here is God's true word concerning the amount~
Revelation 7:4 (Whole Chapter)
And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
Revelation 7:9 (Whole Chapter)
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
So tell your leader that the bible tells of 144,000 and also of an additional number that no man can number..The bible also teaches of a new heaven and a new earth...You are also limiting your growth in the LORD by being a part of a group who places limits on God..Free yourself from that cult!!

1 Peter 2:9 "For you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people...." The type of a priest is one who stands before God on behalf of the people. Christians can go before God and intercede on behalf of people, nations, families....so they are a type of a priest. Kings stand for royalty, ruler, keeper of their word ....Christians again should signify all the characteristics of a king. As Christians we typify Christ as we carry out His message here on earth. Love, be bless.

Christians are called to be prophets in straightforward terms at this element and time: a million Peter 2:9-10 (King James version) 9But ye are a chosen technology, a royal priesthood, an holy united states, a unusual human beings; that ye could desire to shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous gentle; 10Which in time previous weren't a human beings, yet at the instant are the individuals of God: which had no longer gained mercy, yet now have gained mercy.

There are passages in the bible that talk about Gods final government setting on a holy throne and that there would be those from among us here on earth that would rule with Christ, as kings & priest over the earthly domain. And that this kingdom would not pass away, that it would last till time indefinite to rule over God's flock here on earth.
To bring about what Christians pray for; For God's will to be done here on earth as in heaven.

These comments are not directed to all Christians.
Paul is addressing those who will be going to Heaven to rule with Christ over the earth.
Rev.14:1-4 speaks of 144,000 who are taken from the earth.These ones will co-rule with Christ in Jehovah God's heavenly kingdom.They have been anointed with Holy Spirit and provided they remainful faithful till death will share in the wonderful heavenly hope.
The ingathering of this 'Israel of God' began at Pentecost 33CE in the upper room where holy spirit sat as tongues of fire on the heads of those faithful 120 disciples.After their anointing,they were able to speak in different languages and some 5000 were baptized.And the number went on growing...,
The Bible does not teach that heaven is the reward for everyone who is 'good'.
Jehovah God created the earth to be the home of fleshly mankind.Heaven is the abode for spirit creatures such as Jehovah,Jesus,the angels and Christ's co-rulers.

not all true Christians are chosen as "Kings and Priests" to co-rule with Christ over the future, earthly Kingdom of peace; Revelation 5:10
most true Christians will be living on that paradise earth which the chosen will co-rule over.
agape!

Hmmm. I believe that we are called Kings because we are the "children of God". This means that, as Jesus sits enthroned at the right hand of God, we sit enthroned in Heaven, as opposed to being servants, or just being there. The Lord sees us as priests because he has given us the tools and the knowledge through the Bible to preach and prophesy his word. We are truly blesses to have such a wonderful Lord. He does not rule over us with power-hungry hatred. He allows us to share inHis wealth, and to enjoy His presence at will.
As far as being joint heirs with Christ, that is truly a blessing. Although Christ is part of God, he is with the Word and is the Word, we are allowed to be siblings in the heritage of God's wealth and blessing.
I love it that you are praying for those who post negative comments...that's awesome.

We are exactly this and we don't need a priest, we have a holy
priesthood and can go directly to the Lord in prayer or for forgiveness. We have all the inheritance that Christ has.
Read Eph. 1:3. Amazing. We are so blessed. No one can see us now, but one day they will! Our blessed Hope!

People that are baptized into the name of Jesus are one with him who is King, Prophet and Priest. They are one with him by the marriage covenant which was completed at baptism. In his name we are joint heirs.
