Who says we are intelligently designed? Any engineering student would fail if s/he produced a body like ours.

Where does your intelligent higher power come from? Who designed it? By your argument there must be a designer and then a designer for the designer and so on and so on. Is there an infinite number of intelligent higher powers each one more intelligent, higher and more powerful than the one before? If not, then we don't need any of them.

What the hell are you talking about. Look up the word fallacy.

Let's see. No, we're not intelligently designed. Creator or no creator, we are very poorly designed.

Further, there is no evidence of a creator. Lack of understanding does not point toward an answer. It points only to what else we have to learn.

Lastly, let me repeat, "What the hell are you talking about? Look up the word fallacy."

Judging from some of the people I've met in my life, the "designer" isn't all that intelligent.

First you must define intelligent. I look at humanity much like a cancer cell that grows out of control on its host (earth) untill its host can no longer live and this causes the cancer cells on death. You want intelligent..look at the trees they help their host and will be here long after we are gone.

The knee.

Hernias.

And why, exactly, are our reproductive and excretory systems right on top of each other? As it's been said before, it's like putting an amusement park in the middle of a sewer.

I think God created everything. But I think He did a better job on some things than others, i.e., cats and humans. Wonderful job on the cats -- not so sure about the human invention.

The complexity of life and the universe is, to some, indicative of some higher power or existence of some sort. But it doesn't exactly count as proof.

No.

If you have to have a higher power, where did IT come from? What created it? You're just in an infinite loop.

Again, HOW did you get TC?

Our bodies display hundreds of examples of UNintelligent design.

To name a few:
Astigmatism
AIDS
Fibromyalgia
Body odor
venereal disease
cancer
Down's Syndrome
aging
skin that easily bruises and breaks
hemophilia
acne
arthritis

Need I go on?

Humans? NO.

Squirrels? Created in the IMAGE OF GOD.

That's right, God has the best fuzzy fluffy tail EVER!
