Jury duty is determined from a random pool of people and the county sends you your notice. Jury duty summons used to be based on whether you registered to vote or not but now it is based on whether you get a driver's license or not. At least that is how it is here in Texas.

I don't want to assume you're from anyone country. However should you be from the UK, then Jury Duty is random.
If you are in the UK here's a site to help you register to vote:

Here's another about Jury Duty .. as far as I'm aware once you're registered to vote you are registered for Jury Duty, however it's purley random and there's no way you can request Jury Duty, you'll simply receive a summons through your door.

Hope this helps

Normally duty of jury is not to sing. Jury has to sign at various places. Circumstnces will tell you. Move and you will know the secrets. You will get chances in next 21 yrs.

I think you need to be a registered voter to get called for jury duty. Contact your local board of elections to register. You may be able to register at your local public library. That is the way it works in my area. As for getting the call to serve, I think that is random. I'm not sure there is a way to volunteer for jury duty. That's kind of too bad, too, since so many people are usually looking to get out of it.

Jury duty does not require that you sing. You just vote, and then one day, you get the letter, could be years before you get a letter to come in for jury selection.

Unfortunately, many registered voters never get called for jury duty where others are called so often it truly disrupts thier lives. It's luck of the draw. I too, would love to serve jury duty but have never gotten the opportunity. Just register to vote and keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!

You don't sign up for jury duty. Potential jurors are selected at random from the lists of registered voters.
And if you don't even know that much, please go take a course in American government before you vote--or serve on a jury.

Register as a voter or apply for a license to drive so that you could be included in the list for jury duty and be called to serve the court.

Jury duty is random. You can't volunteer. They don't want people who want to be on juries, because they may have an agenda, and jurors need to be impartial.
I also don't think you can register to vote on a website, because there needs to be an original signature involved.
Good luck!

Regsiter to vote. That will do it! You can register at the website below. By the way, it is sign, not sing (as in la la la). Good luck! I have been called twice - and served twice! Once was a jury trial and once was Grand Jury - by far the most fascinating! The DA presents all of their information to the GJ and the GJ decides whether there is enough information for the case to go to trial... GJ is a 3 month commitment (usually 1-2 days or half-days per week).
