I am a senior in high school and I don't think I have even grown in my 4 years of high school. How can I become taller? There are so many scams and supplements out there... I am so skeptical of them. What will really work for me and be safe at the same time?

You may just be that size. Genetics plays a big part. Male or female? If your growth plates haven't fused, (you haven't finished growing) you may be a candidate for growth hormone injections. You would need to see an endocrinologist about this. My son is severely deficient in human growth hormone, and takes a daily injection. However, he's 14 and still growing some, but just about 4'5"
Don't fall for the scams out there. They're just a waste of your $$$. Just be who you are, and the world will love you just the same.

You do not really need to worry I have my step Grandma who was only 4,10 when she was in her senoir yeah she is now 5,3 As for 5,4 1/2 You have a pretty small chance to make it there maybe 20% however Zinc helps grow so maybe If you have no more growth left in you it can push u up to 5,0 but My prediction is if you take your Zinc and stiull have some growth left in you youl be about 5,3. But You could have alot left Like how tall is your mom and dad or if you got the resesive gene [such as i did] you could be alot shorter or alot taller then them but you have to look at all your family history alot of people just say your mom and dads height look further like ur Great Grandparents or even further back [I had to for me I had to look x4 Great's back lol] But You will grow im about 80% sure and im not sure if your 17 or 18. and I dont no if your a boy or a girl but like the guy said b4 me you could get a xray of ur wrist to see if you grow a lil more but as for medicene there is NO medicene that will make you grow like 5 inchs.

Forget taller, Just be your cute self. A lot of short girls wear thise thick soled high heeled shoes. After you learn to walk in them, you look kind of cute. Short girls don't have a problem getting any guy they want. Sure tall girls make clothes look good if their buts aren't too big. But short is cute, that is if you know how to smile and don't get fat.

I had a friend that took growth hormones by injection, as prescribed by her dr, she is now average height. You can also get xrayed to see if your body will grow anymore

You can't take anything to make you taller but you can have your legs broken and reconstructed and stretched out by a bar....no joke.
