Depends on what you have to be sorry for. Yes, time does change things. After 33yrs of marriage sometimes its good and sometimes its "I wonder" if you know what I mean.
My husband has a temper and can say mean things. Over time I have learned to tune him out when he gets like that.
But sometimes he can say hurtful things that I forgive, but I can forget.
I don't exactly know what you are talking about but these are just some examples.

I think it would be best to say that you are sorry as soon as possible. Can you email or send a note, text message? It is better to apologize as soon as possible, even the other person does not give you a chance.

If they won't give you the chance then you have to back off. Perhaps time will soften them, but you may never get the chance to be heard.

Timing is important, but you don't want to wait so long that feeling fade. If the person won't listen there are always heart felt gifts or acts of public embarisment to show your affection for them, but be aware that somtimes things are over and there is nothing you can do. you have to follow your heart, but I tend to believe that if you don't try you'll never know.

It's tough, I've had that problem before. All you have to do is just back off, leave them alone for a few days. Then go find them and try to talk to them again. The more you leave them alone, the more willing they'll be to let you talk to them, because the truth is, even if they don't realize it or won't admit it, with you leaving them alone for a few days, they'll begin to miss you.

I guess it depends on what the situation is and what you did to that person. Give them some space and in time maybe they will talk to you about it. Write a letter to that person explaining your side or email. Sometimes we are not ready to confront that person face to face. Give them some time to heal and it might turn out ok.

Write a letter. It can be very freeing to put your thoughts and feelings into words. It's easy when you're honest with yourself and whoever you're writing to.
Time will always change things. What you want now might not be the same as what you want tomorrow.

well sorry for this but you cant talk to some one if they dont want to talk to you simple as that. then again if someones mad at you and thats why ther are ignoring you, then give them time until they cool off from the anger, usually takes bout 3-4 weeks...

I do believe that time heals all wounds. And maybe your sorry isn't going to help...they are telling "why bother" If you need to say sorry for YOU...then write a letter...rent a plane and write it in the sky...say a prayer. Do whatever you need to do to make yourself feel better. But if they don't want to talk to you...don't bother them. (in most states it is called stocking or harassment)
