I gave someone my lunch. I felt hungry but satisfied that they were fed both physically and emotionally for a little while. Nice day. Good question!

I really, really, really tried my hardest not to get in a bad mood with my boyfriend tonight over something he said to me. I know it sounds lame, but I see it as an act of kindness because I am way to hard on him sometimes, and the thing he said was silly and would not have gotten anyone else but myself in a bad mood.
It was hard to do, but I didn't want to ruin the lovely evening we were having by myself getting into another petty mood. x

It wasn't that significant but a friend's daughter did something really nice and I told her mom - every mom needs to hear that her child is doing the right thing when she's not around.
Oh and I agreed to move some furniture with my pickup tomorrow. I could've been stingy and said no, but I didn't.

1. I went to Lowes and picked up a truckload of cedar then went home and cleaned my good old dog's kennel. Totally freshened it for her.
2. My baby boy picked up the flowers for his girlfriend for prom and they looked really bad. No time to get new. So we picked up one perfect rose and I gave him my beautiful gold bracelet to wrap around it. Heck, she is his first over the top love. I can't believe he's all grown up.

I called a friend and apologized because I thought I offended her with something I said the other day. I didn't offend her , but it still felt good

I picked up a piece of trash while I was on a hike.
It made me glad that I noticed it - and that I could make up for sloppy, disrespectful hikers.

I watched DVD's all afternoon with my 18 year old daughter... Been a long time since we didn't do things together so it was really fun...

I helped a older person with her grocery order (helped take it to her car)
I made her laugh and feel like a young kid again.
it felt real good to help someone
