i need and eating chart that tells me what to eat. because sometimes i say to myself," ok, i'm gonna start eating healthy." and then i end up eating the same junk every day . . . FAT!
so as you can see, i need serious help.
so PLEASE GIVE ME HAND! ! ! ! ! ! !

You don't need a chart. It's just your basic sensible dieting. Fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and cheeses, etc.. Stay away from fast food and candy. Or at least eat it very sparingly. It has no health nutrition. Sounds like what you need most of all is some good motivation! So here's some. You can do it! Empty your cupboards of chocolate and cookies and restock with apples and bananas. Look up recipes online for NATURAL fruit smoothies, or lean recipes with lean meats like chicken and turkey that you can be excited about making.

Go to the American Diabetic Association web site or any other web site that shows the ADA diet. You can also go to the library. The ADA diet is the healthiest there is!
