When I think about you my whole body trembles.--because even though our world is full of pain and insanity I love you I don't know why--but you changed my life--you are crazy (nuts) for loving me--but it seems I too am a nut.
(The use of soy in the last sentence changes the meaning of loca. It can be crazy, but it more likely means "a nut" since soy means a permanent condition and not temporary. If soy were estoy, then I'd say that "loca tambien estoy yo" would mean "I too am crazy."
