Yes i would - i would have lipo, some sort of chemical peel for my face to make my skin nice and smooth, teeth whitening & thats probably about it. Oh, and a tummy tuck, cos im gonna want it after i have this baby! I dont think i would have anything major done to my face - dont want to look plastic like heaps of people whove had surgery do!

Yes, if I had the money I would have lap-band surgery to help me with weight loss. I have struggled with my weight for about 15 years and I have tried every diet out there only to lose weight and then gain it back plus some. After the weight loss surgery was done and I had lost the weight I would have a complete body lift.

I would love to have a boob jod done.And also I would get liposuction so that i could have a coka cola shape body.That would be awesome.I'm okay with my body but you asked if i would have surgery if i could afford it.I can't afford it so i just exersice 4 times a week.But i do play the lottery hoping that i win one day.
