If it is Hepatitis, this is a serious blood disease that can affect your liver and eventually kill you depending of which kind of hepatitis it is. I would go see a Doctor as soon as possible.

In the mean time, I wouldn't have sex or swap bodily fluids with anyone. There are a number of tests past a blood test but a full blood test will have a " liver panel" and that will give the information needed.
