Xians don't like it when Atheists interpret of judge the bible because we do so with skepticism and reason--something the merits of the bible cannot stand up to.

Xians proclaim the bible to be the word of god we should ALL live by and support government endorsement of biblical law. I have the right, then, to interpret and judge this book because it directly affects me.

I suspect you mean atheism. No, it is not a race. It's a belief system that accepts the theory of evolution as the force responsible for the creation of life. As well, the bible is a literary body, and, as such, can be interpreted by anyone. Judgment reflects rejection, or acceptance, and we all make judgments. What is difficult for me to understand is why such hostile response results when divergent religious beliefs are presented. I really care not what anyone else believes. We all have the right to our own beliefs. As long as they do not promote violence, they are acceptable to me

I don't think of it as a race, I think of it as a group of people, nothing more.
