My pain started in my hands and arms everyone thought it was carpal tunnel. However, the balls of my feet have been hurting for the last three weeks. I have also had occasional pain in my legs. Some days the pain is less than others, but I am never completely pain free. This has been going on for about four months now. I have been to the doctor and he ruled out Arthritis with some blood tests. Has anyone heard of such symptoms?

These symptoms sound like what happens when you have Fibromyalgia. You would need to see a doctor of rheumatology and ask him to check the trigger points for Fibromyalgia. That is how it is diagnosed there's no blood test , xray, MRI or cat scan that can show this condition.

I have written an article on Fibromyalgia that's far too big to post here. After you have read it you will have a much clearer idea if this relates to your symptoms. I've also enclosed information on what you can do at home to help yourself.

If you have any further questions please let me know,
