ABSOLUTELY NOT! And yes, I think there is a great deal of merit in other SPIRITUAL books. There is a great deal of difference between religion, and spirituality! Spirituality, asks you to seek your own truth and answers by going within, and Religion asks you to believe whatever they tell you to believe, without question, and to totally disregard your own truth if it in any way contradicts what you are told to believe.
This difference is what makes religion, as commonly practised, especially in the mainstream religions, harmful! However, if a person chooses to follow any conventional religion, because it HONESTLY resonates with the answers they find by looking within, instead of just because someone else tells you what to believe, then I think that is perfectly ok! Especially if that person is not afraid to question any portions of that religion that do not resonate with answers found within! There is not just one right way for everyone. Spirituality cannot ever be a one size fits all proposition! So each person ABSOLUTELY MUST find their own truth by looking within. We must each read every spiritual book that we are drawn to, or that someone we know and care about recommends to us, and then we must evaluate how this information fits us by looking deeply into ourselves, and accept what rings true for us, and disregard the rest. We must NEVER just blindly accept the word of others, as to what is the right path to God, and what is the wrong path! *sm*

No, I believe very little that I read in the Bible. Since gods are make-believe, I find no merit in any religious books.

Yes.
The apparent contradictions are offspring of the false teaching that those who allegedly promote the Bible have inculded unscriptually into their doctrine.
There is no doctrine of firey danmation in the Bible. (Please refer to my above declaration).
There is one religion who has clearly taken the lead in removing the God dishonoring teachings and traditions from their practice. You and I both know who they are.
Shame on all others who continue to promote lies about God, and pretend to be his friends.

Yes, I believe everything in the Bible.
Just because you don't believe it doesn't mean it isn't true, particularly when science and archeology back it up. The places in the Bible are real, and you can generally go visit them today...except for Sodom and Gomorrah.

Yes, I believe every word that is in the Bible because it was told by God and he had certain people write what he told them to so that it would be there for us to follow. The Bible is our food and our sword..

No and no. I do however believe in a higher power, and a spirit that connects us all. I also believe in positive thinking and living.

Religion is the foundation of wars and hatred.
