Turn on the light as usual for about 15 minutes. Then take out the bulb and shake it really hard while the filament is still hot. You might need a kitchen hotpad to hold the hot bulb without dropping it.

The lower the wattage, the more fragile the filament.

Very carefully connect a 120 Volt bulb to a 240 Volt socket and poof! It will be burnt out! Some of these other things with water will shatter the glass, I don't think that is what you want.

Wrap some aluminium foil around it ..careful NOT to get the foil into the bulb socket.

Apply voltage or amperage in excess of a new ones rating .

Or , visit the maintenance shop for a burnt one at your nearest hospital or apt complex or office building or . . .

Crush, put too much voltage in the circuit, over heating, pooring water (warning, you might get hurt or cause fire with these things).
