Obsessive Compulsive Disorder with Borderline Personality Disorder and Depression. (rather common actually)
I would need to ask more questions to be sure. A lot of the personality disorders can appear similar. I
OCD-
obsessive cleaning, rituals, thoughts, anxiety, you would need to show marked anxiety which is only relieved through compulsive behavior (cleaning, counting, checking etc)
Definition
"Obsessive-compulsive disorder is defined as a condition in which a person has repeated and uncontrollable thoughts (obsessions) that are accompanied by persistent urges to perform repetitive rituals (compulsions). The rituals serve to counteract the anxiety precipitated by the obsessions (2).
Although the majority of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder have both obsessions and compulsions, some have only one or the other (3). Most patients realize the irrational nature of their thoughts and rituals but feel helpless and hopeless about controlling them (4). Obsessive-compulsive disorder can impair all areas of functioning, and despite its devastating effects on patients and families, it may be unrecognized by primary care physicians because of the patient's secrecy about this embarrassing disorder (2,4)."
Borderline Personality Disorder-
Feeling empty, impulsive behavior (searching for things to fill you up), irritable, angry.
You would need to have a few (not all) of these qualifiers, self harming behavior, drug or alcohol abuse, lack of stable identity, trouble forming and mantaining relationships, and impulsive sexual behavior to name a few.
Major Depression almost always accompanies a Personality Disorder.
You could have just Depression, OCD, or Borderline. Bipolar is possible, but I didn't see indicators such as periods of extreme self confidence and energy with reckless behavior followed by extreme depressive episodes.

One possible t hing that could be causing this is a thyroid problem. One of the symptoms of thyroid problems can be anxiety and mood swings and also being depressed. The only way to find out for sure is to get in touch with your dr to have them evaluate the situation and see what they think is going on.

Hi,
I am not a professional or anything, however have exprienced major depression before. It does seem like you are suffering depression to some extent, and perhaps OCD behaviors. Often times depression can manifest itself with physical symtoms. A thyroid problem is anther possibilty because it is a slient physical disorder.
Please seek out professional assistance so you can start to feel better and get your symtoms under control.

It does sound like strong anxiety disorder. You also have compulsive behavior. The depression comes from the anxiety and the sleeping comes from the depression. It's all a chain reaction.

You really should be asking a doctor all this.
You have depression and anxiety. Your back pains and neck pains might be due to stress.
I really think you should seek medical help.
Good Luck and God Bless
