Pie is usually defined as being single or double crust and can be referred to as a "pasty" or "turnover" if folded over and either baked or fried. Traditional pies, however, have a crust made from flour, salt, lard or butter, and a little water. Untraditional crusts include your graham cracker or cookie crumb crusts and if you're talking pizza, then you're talking about a type of bread dough rolled out and topped with sauce etc. Fillings can be sweet or savory and are usually either in the fruit or cream classification. You also have lemon meringue and pecan, as well as mincemeat and chicken pot pie. So, you get to decide. Check out a good old fashioned Betty Crocker Cook Book to get some directions on making the crust.
