Eco is short for Ecology, so she is into the environment, oing what she can to protect Mother Earth

Eco comes from the ancient Greek word "oikos" (house). It is mostly used as prefix. In this sense it is added to existing words to create another word with a new meaning, mostly related to ecology, such as e.g. in:

Ecolabel, suggesting a product is less damaging
Ecosphere or ecosystem
Ecodriving, initiative for a fuel saving driving style
Ecodudette, a female interested/active in helping the environment

It means you use all natural products. That means natural everything from paint to your clothing etc. Plus you recycle things you already have.
