Sure you can, just make sure that if it gets too gummy to add a little water, and that should solve it. Half and half is a lot thicker than just milk, so it could happen. But it should work just fine, you could also dilute it before adding it to the potato mix :o)

yes, scrape a little nutneg into it 2-3 scapes, it will take the carboard taste away. and thet'll never know its instant

Yummm! Of course you can. The # of calories goes up and so does the saturated fat, but so what! Once in awhile doesn't hurt does it?

Yes--they will taste richer & creamier.
BUT, they will be a lot more fattening!
Try using chicken broth, it adds flavor & nearly zero calories.
