I need to lay off probly 10 pounds or so around my stomache and thighs...I run a lot...for track and free time but it dosn't go away!...HELP!

if you are getting regular exercise then the problem lies in your diet. you are either consuming a caloric excess or not consuming enough of the right types of foods. the key to losing body fat is by controlling insulin
