3 or 4 ripe Roma Tomatoes
Cilantro
1 White or Purple Onion
1 Jalapeño - can substitute w/ green pepper if you want the spicy taste
Salt
Lime
Cut tomatoes, cilantro, onion and jalapeño -this last one should be done by parent very carefully, and make sure you don't touch any part of your body or face and wash hands after handling- put in a mini chopper add salt and lime juice to taste -don't put too much salt and lime- and mix in the mini chopper for a chunky texture. This is how I make my own salsa for chips.

Get a grown up to help but here's how I make it...
dice some tomatoes, green onions, green pepper, some hot chiles, if desired but definitely add green chiles (the canned kind are easiest), a clove of garlic and cilantro...add some fresh lime and lemon juice and mix it up...serve with chips and cheese...

1 lb. firm ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 medium jalapeño pepper, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
I would buy the canned chopped jalapenos if it was me so they don't get the juice near their eyes.
