I think you should! You can be sure she'll never forget the day. If I were you though I'd wait until dinner or something. That way she has time to really soak in the excitement of graduating. She can take all the pictures and stuff without being overwhelmed by and engagment as well.

Not if you are pretty sure she is open to your proposal.

It will make her day.....but do something really creative that follows the graduation ceremony....surprise her with something she will never forget....like put the proposal up in lights, or write it on the beach....or take her out to dinner and deliver the proposal an unusual way....she will love it.

ABSOLUTELY!!! The day a girl graduates and gets proposed to are 2 seperate, huge and very important dates in her life. Make each one memorable and special for her. Let her have the limelight on her graduation day...let her be proud of her accomplishment. You could always propose a week or so later. This way, she will be able to shine on both days!

hmm.. this is a tricky one...

On one hand, it could just make the day more special.

On the other, it could compete with her achievement.

Maybe take her out on a special evening the next night, as a dinner celebration for her graduation, then propose to her there.

Good luck! :)

I don't understand the girls who are saying that it would "steal their thunder." Hello! It would add to your thunder!

I think it would be very romantic. It would be a super joyous occasion. I would try to intrigrate the two ideas - like before you ask her, acknowledge her accomplishment and talk about the future and how much you would like to spend it with her.

Yes. It's never great for a guy to propose on a special event day, or a holiday. It's best to be a special day on its own, for the two of you.

Yes. Choose a day that she can remember as the day you proposed. Not a day that she'd have to share that with.
It'll be very special to her.
