You're not going to lose ten pounds in two weeks, but you can lose about five and that will help a lot. Exercise about one hour a day -- mostly walking, but some sit-ups and other cardio. Try combining jogging with walking if you can. You can get sit-up tapes to teach you how to do them, or ask the gym teacher. Also, cut out junk food, sweets and all sodas, and focus on vegetables and lean protein like fish and chicken. Eat a little fat, like two teaspoons a day on salad or for cooking the chicken, as that will help you feel full. Grains and some beans will help, too, as they have a lot of fiber.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Have a protein shake w/ fruit in AM or an egg & 100% whole wheat/grain toast w/ little butter.
Have a protein shake w/ fruit or protein bar & glass of milk at noon.
Have Plain meat w/ seasoning to taste (chicken, fish, beef etc), green leafy salad & another vegetable & whole grain roll or bread w/ little butter.
So, basically, high protein, fruit, vegatables, meat & whole grains. Be sure to eat 3 - 4 x day. Definately don't eat after 6:00
Some people claim that green tea extract capsules help to loose weight. It is worth a try.
STAY AWAY FROM THE WHITE STUFF:
Sugar, bread (unless it is 100% whole wheat or other whole grain), rice, potatos, bagles, etc.
NO ALCOHOL
NO DESSERTS
NO FRUIT JUICE
Take a walk in am and/or pm

Unless you starve yourself, 10 pounds in 2 weeks is an impossible goal. If you like to eat the same boring thing everyday, I'd suggest the Special K plan.

Burn 3500 calorie per day that equals 1lb, and cut your carb, like bread any white sugars, any potatoes.
