French toast is sooooooooooooo easy. For every four slices of bread, I whisk together two eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla. Then I melt butter on the griddle. Yum.
Maybe you're asking whether to use French bread or regular white bread. I use what's on hand whether it's leftover baguette slices from the night before or a really nice bakery pecan raisin bread.
It all tastes good to me, especially once I've poured Maple Syrup all over it.

i absolutely love french toast but i don't mind normal kind either especially with butter, penut butter, or jam.
