I just turned 13. I'm 133 pounds, 5'4, hour glass shaped body. Do you think i'm overwieght??

You were born in 1994, so you are at a healthy weight. Your BMI is 22.8. According to the NIH, you are at the high end of the healthy weight range for your height and age...but if you are happy where you are...then don't change a thing :)

It all depends on your bone structure and your body frame.

Instead of being too concerned about your weight, you should focus on living a healthy lifestyle.

Start an exercise program that includes strength training, cardio vascular, and flexibility.

Try not to get too stressed about things, and keep a positive attitude.

Make sure you don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, and don't take illegal drugs because these things are harmful to your body.

Also, try to limit the amount of junk foods you eat or drink (candy, cakes, ice cream, pop, fried foods, etc.). These types of foods are not very good for the body so don't eat them too much, if at all.

If you start to live a healthy life style now, you will be glad you did when you get older.

Talk to your parent or guardian about your concerns and get some ideas from them.

you are just the right weight for your height, i am 5'4 also. at your age, you have some growing to do still, you will get taller. so that also means you will probably still put on a few pounds in the next few years. just eat right, get some exercise, and those few pounds shouldn't go overboard.

No. If you remained 5'4" you wouldn't "officially" be overwight until you hit 146 pounds, according to the BMI (Body Mass Index) chart.

At 13 your body is still growning. Don't worry about what you weigh. Honestly, if you're active and you're eating right, then your weight shouldn't even matter.

No, that's a good weight for your height.
According to the BMI your in the normal range which is very good.

I think your young and have a ways to go. Don't worry too much about your weight it sounds fine to me.

you are seem tall so i think youre just right, youre still growing to so don't worry, if youre are concernd, ask youre mum to take u to youre doctor, or just ask youre mom!

if you can pinch youre tummy(i mean i whole lot noy a tiny one) then you probably are just eating to much candy or somethig
