They have to gauge out their eye or remove the other body part that as made them sin first!
This is a direct quote from The New Testament it States: Adultery
You have heard that it was said,'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a women lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it way. It is better for you to loose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
I'm atheist by the way - I wonder why?

Not if the Christian is born of God, born of His Spirit, cleansed by His blood, joint heirs with King Jesus, part of the family of God. God sees the righteousness of Christ when he sees us who are born of God. Nothing we can do to change that.
Christians will sin. Christians are to confess their sin, and He is faithful & just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If a Christian falls into adultery, that person will not be able to abide in that sin because of the Holy Spirit conviction in their spiritman. The Christian might try, but could end up going to heaven early with not much reward.
But for a Christian who committed adultery, & after the dust settled & truly repented, that person needs to prove him/herself to the one he/her hurt. Prove one is dependable again & would never do the adultery again. Not expecting their spouse to just accept it & still do the same things that led to the adultery in the first place again.
So, if a divorse happens, & person confesses their sin to God, God can heal that person & provide a healthy relationship in the future.
Once we are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb nothing can take us out of the Hands of our savior. Not any sin. We might go to heaven earlier for trying to abide in sin. But the ticket to Heaven, the Lord already paid for.

no its not true if you commit adultery you go to heaven everyone goes to heaven you just cant obtain the highest degree of glory the celestrial kingdom. But that is only true if you knew it was wrong! if you have never heard about this commandment then you can repent and go to the highest degree. if you did know then no you cant go to the celestrial kingdom. so anyway to answer your questions the christians believe that everyone can go to heaven you will be judged int he next life my heavenly father to where and what degree you will be in!

Christians do stumble while serving God, they are still just humans and must constantly fight the temptations of the world that most nonbelievers easily cave in to.
If a Christian sins, he/she must immediately repent (turn away) from that sin and do it no more. God will still take them into heaven.

no, because a Christian can do anything they want, just as long as they seek forgiveness from the Lord and continue to believe in him. hopefully the wife or husband who was cheated on won't be as forgiving because of all the pain and emotional suffering your ac tions cause. YOU GET PUNISHED IN LIFE, because after this there is nothing. karma

I am a Christian and I made a mistake last year and i asked God to forgive me and I when i gave my life to Jesus I didn't ever want to hurt Him. so i would NEVER EVER Do that again EVER.
I was NOT a Christian when i did it. so to answer your question. I think if you confess to God that you sinned and that you are really sorry then yes I think He will forgive you.
This does mean for MEN & WOMEN right? or is this just for women? just asking God Bless

No, its says in the bible that the only unforgiveable sin is Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Once you accept Christ, all your past, present and future sins are forgiven.
