Muscle weights Heavier than Fat! Many people do not know that. So at your height, the average weight would be about 160 - 170 lbs and you would be fit but slender, not skinny. But if you weigh more then that, then it could be the weight of your "above average" muscles. Look at your family, your father,his brothers, and the same on your mother's side of
family. You will get a good idea of what DNA is in store for you. It is All in the DNA!

depends on your bone structure...I'm 5'10 and have above average muscle and i weigh 195

in terms of health the total bodyweight is irrelevant, the body fat percentage is all that matters.
